Here's a map detailing important areas from GW1 on the Iron Marches GW2 map. Beneath are before and after screenshots of some of these locations (as well as the bridges compared from both games just north west of The Great Northern Wall).
Expect several of these maps in the coming weeks, as I'm trying to get some more key areas on others before posting them up as well.
